Default question about D16 headers

I have a 98 4dr civic and I wanted to change out the exhaust mani(D16y7) out for a exhaust mani from a EX(D16y8) is this possible with some modifications? And yes I know about the D16y7 mani having 2 O2sensors. lmk thanks

why?? because my exhaust manifold has a crack in it, so instead of buying a new header. I already had Y8 headers off my EX coupe but didn't try to fit it yet.....SO......... I wanted to know your opinions if the Y8 headers fit on my Y7. So I dont have to buy aftermarket headers.

I just had the work done on my 00 civic dx.

I bought a ex header - $50
Got a new cat from summit - $80 (it's a real OEM replacement cat)
Work done to install it/extend the o2 sensor wiring - $150
Resonator to keep my exhaust quiet - $40 (installed)

It sucks what made it most expensive really was having to buy a cat.
