i have a 99 civic cx its a hatchback, 5spd the transmission is a little noisey it makes a winding rattling noise in first and second sometimes 3rd. i think it might be a internal bearing. anybody knwo what it could be?

brass doesn't whine, but input shaft bearings do when they are dying.
