if only my guy would have been smart enough to not weld the the throttles on and take into consideration the angle of my motor....they would have worked out.

How about holding the injectors in place?

If you weld to a high tolerance part, like the seal between a throttle plate and throttlebody housing, you run the risk of warpage ( = leaks ). The best method of attaching motorcycle throttlebodies to your fab'ed manifold is the factory motorcycle rubber couplings.
Here is an example of a set of DIY ITB's I made for a B16 a few years back using '01 Hayabusa throttles.
Manifold portion port matched:

Assembled set:


If you weld to a high tolerance part, like the seal between a throttle plate and throttlebody housing, you run the risk of warpage ( = leaks ). The best method of attaching motorcycle throttlebodies to your fab'ed manifold is the factory motorcycle rubber couplings.

you run the risk of warping the throttles. Like in my situation, it warped runner 3 which made it impossible to synchronize them properly which causes a rough idle and tuning issues

i thought about that after i posted it.. ive welded v-bands and wiggins clamps to regular throttle bodies with no issues..just took the butterfly and everything apart before i welded it
