Default Wheel help... offset and tire size

I am thinking about purchasing these wheels at the end of this week. I have an 07' Si sedan lowered on Tein S-techs. Can someone help me out with what offset and tire size I would need to not rub with a 17x7 or an 18x7.5? Right now I am about 1/2 of and inch from my wheels being flush with the edge of my fenders.

If you want to keep it closest to stock then get +43, +48 or +50. I like my wheels to line up with the fender so a lower number such as +33 would achieve that look. The higher the number the more tucked inside the wheel will look. Wider tires and lowering will affect rubbing as well.

im running 18x8 with toyo's 225/40/18 and get a little rub in the front so I think you should be good wth 18x7.5. I like the look of a wider wheel so I live with the rub and if I wanted I could fix with a dremal im just to lazy. the rims are hardly a tad wider than the fender and looks good to me. good luck!

@ what offset tho? You can get a 17x7 wheel with low offset and still rub.

yea I know what your saying. I just was not sure of my offset. I let treadepot send what would work but they were off. so you should know what offset you want before ordering. sorry!

So if I did a 17x7 with a +35 offset I most likely would not rub and it would give it more of a "dish" look by the wheels being even with my fenders?

It shouldn't be a problem as my wheels I have on the car now are 17x7 +37 and have no issues at all. The wheels you chose will not have a dish look, the hub where the lugs go in will be slightly deeper.

These have a dish look to them. 18x7.5 +32.

Well I dont want that kind of dish look. Do you have any pics of your car with your setup?

Did you reuse your stock tires? and the difference between yours and +35 will be very minimal?

Stock tires on these wheels, 2 mm won't make a difference. I can go another 10mm and not cause rubbing. My other wheels are 17x7 +30 offset and those 18s I showed you. Neither of those will rub. You're not gonna have any problems with you stay within the offsets I listed earlier.
