Well I have searched alot and have not came up with much. I am getting a code 15 witch is ignition output signal and I am getting a no spark. I took my head off (h22 civic) and replaced my head gasket. the cams are lined up and the crank should be but no sure becues we did not have the bottom TB Cover off to check becues of it being really crouded in the engin bay.

So my queston is can code 15 and a no start be becues of timming?
