Default Noob Question: 5 Lug

I noticed that my sister's 96 LX is 5 Lug, does it come like this in stock trim?

I'm sure they're 5 Lug because I took a closer inspection by taking the wheel off

No 92-00 USDM civic came stock with 5-lug wheels. Make sure these arent the hub caps you are talking about.

Well, its obvious they have been swapped out then. Car's such as the Integra Type R and Civic Type R (JDM) came stock with 5-lug hubs. Is this civic rear-disc as well?

Sorry for not posting right away. I've checked the car if it has rear discs and according to google, it's from the cars you had listed. Mmm.
