On an Integra with 15" wheels, you should be using 195/55-15 or 205/50-15. Either size will fit fine on the stock 15x6 wheels as well as on aftermarket 15x6.5 wheels. You can use them on 15x7, but they'll look a bit stretched, unless you've got the Falken Azenis RT-615, whose size is a bit bigger than other 205/50-15 tires; otherwise, I would stick with 15x6 or 15x6.5.

205/50-16 is too big for an Integra. On 16" wheels, stick with 205/45-16 or 215/45-16.
