Default Swift spring dimensions for Skunk2 adjustable coilovers

I've got a set of Skunk2 adjustable coilover sleeves on my R. When I replace the shocks, I plan to replace the OTS skunk2 springs with Swift springs. Does anyone know the dimensions I need? I know that I need 7" long springs, but I'm not sure what the ID is. Either 60mm, 65mm, or 70mm. Thank for any help.
