Default need to know

im looking at buying a 94-95 gsr block and trainee the thing i need to know is if there are vin #'s on them i because there are no vin's

94-95 dont have vins, only the obd-2 integra have them.

hmmm...you and this question sound fishy. what i understand from reading this post is, "i want to buy a stolen block, but don't want to get it because the VIN can be traced".

well, guess what, there is a serial number underneath the engine code that the police use to trace stolen motors.

if it is a stolen block and you do plan on gettin it, remember what goes around comes around!

im not trying to support thieves the motor is on craigslist for $1500 thats why i was wondering about that the only b series block i owned was a jdm b16 that i ordered off ebay from canada i didn't have vin #'s on the block or trainee it got took about 2 weeks ago

well, "if that is the case" then why would you want to buy it if the the number can't be traced?

Look around some more & buy a motor w/ a vin, something about the motor not having a vin or any identification seems a little fishy.
