Default Well Here again!!! Thought i could share my build with you guys!!!

Well here it is again. Decided to share my build with you guys. I have been workin on it for quite a while and expecting it to come out in late spring probably.

since then ive been workin on the new setup.

500WHP + here i come!!!!

but anyways Now the old and blown up setup is out of the car and took it all apart. Shipped the block and crank to Mike laskey for a nice benson sleeve
So here it is:

Benson sleeve
Crank micropolished and balanced
Garrett GT3076r with a 82 .ar exhaust housing
1000cc RC low impendance injectors
Neukin topmount manifold
3" downpipe and full 3" exhaust
CP pistos 81.5mm
Manley rods
Hondata s300
KMS FAB Custom made catchcan with valvecover vents and back of block
ARP head studs
ARP Main cap studs
Tial 50mm bov with tial 44mm wastegate

and alot more stuff but thats enough for now haha

time for the pics bitches!!!!

ill start with some old pics of when i blew up the first setup..

when it was runing!!!

Motor blown up and in pieces haha

quick pic of the turbo that came in a while ago

Fully built supertech valvetrain!!!

Well time to build that sexy benson block!!!!

Manley rods "turbo tuff" I-Beam with Cp pistons 9:1

Operation table!!! time to file them rings lol

the clearances are all good and have been checked!!!
ended up with:
0.0015 crank bearing clearance
0.0015 rod bearing clearance
0.004 of end play crank.

and there it is

Now the tranny
Rebuild that expletiveing OBX LSD, replace and restack the beleville washers.

Now in the tranny!! The old out and the new in.

well Neukin manifold, 3" downpipe and dumptube mouhahah

and there she is just brought her in, gonna start putting **** together, but still have a couple more things to get!!!

Enjoy!!! more updates to come

Let me know what you guys think.

Joey

Big Thanx to:

Mike Laskey from http://www.laskeyracing.com
and
Brett and Troy from http://www.kms-fab.com

Probably want to get rid of that crank pulley or else we will be seeing another build from you in the future when your oil pump gear fails.

Why did you not polish and smooth the tops of the pistons? a lot of hot spots, and detonation can be avoided...

14 thousandths? Whoo, pretty big gap, homie!

I usually see 38 to 45 TEN thousandths depending on power level.

haha thanx buddy lol but your right mos people now will just bring it to a shop and tell them to assemble it witch is the safe way to go!! but on that build i wanted to be able to say to people that " hey i built this motor" not somebody else.
