Ok....Im sure this may have been Covered but i just want to hear all angles before I make any moves. Keep in mind that im looking for opinions regarding the most compatible means of gaining power specifically to the k20z3. As u may have noticed i lean heavily towards NA. But my goal has always been to have ridiculous power so turbo is always a strong option. I want my Si to be able to **** on those overly confident corvette drivers lol. Not to mention to new cavaliers wit turbos coming soon.
i dont understand what the big tuning thing is with K-pro. I went to the track to run my car adn there was a guy with a FA5 and he was greddy turbod with turboback exhaust. I look into his car and its a laptop with all his **** on it. the car was tuned and ran good. street tires it was a 13.7 pass. on the factory Allseasons.

If you want ridiculous power then TURBO is the way to go. If you want good power with easy driveability then Supercharged is the way to go. But you'll get more power out of a Turbo though.
That being said I have to point something out........

Do you have ANY idea how much power you will need to be able to take out a corvette? Especially the new ones. Corvette owners (specifically ZO6 owners) have a REASON to be "overly confident". Maybe because they own an American supercar that rivals most exotics on the road today. It is a born performance car that's as lethal at the track as it is at the drag strip. You would need over 470WHP just to keep up with one on the streets. But most likely.....realistically....you will NEVER "****" on a Corvette. EVER.

I would agree with RICO here. the new vetts are very impressive even the price for what you get is good! but if you run into a 70's model you shouldn't have any trouble!

Oh and you'll also have to add a new word to your vocabulary after you manage to get that kind of power out of your Civic. It's spelled:
W - H - E - E - L - S - P - I - N

Also, you'll learn the part number for front axles just by repetition.
I watched a boosted R (with much LESS than 400 whp) destroy 3 axles during a track weekend.

Eh, I'd still go nuts for a Lotus Elise. I don't need your fancy overengineered continental ****, just give me my little 200hp rocket car with no carpeting
Anyways, new G8 FTW

Over-engineered? Sounds like a good thing to me.

LOL. No way, man. The only American cars I like are classic muscle cars. I'm a big Koenigsegg fan. The CCXR puts out over 1000 bhp and nearly 800 ft-lbs of torque, 0-60 in under 3 seconds, with a top speed of over 250 mph. BOOMSHAKALAKA! LOL.

Like 700K+. It's a lot more than a Corvette, but it's well worth it, in my opinion. Let me dream in peace. LOL.

Nah, i'm just saying I think it's too fussy. I'd like the lightweight barebones Elise instead of a Koenigsegg. I'd have more fun with the experience.
If that was a Ferrari, on the other hand...that's something that's overengineered that I wouldn't mind living with
