Hondata S300 Users,.... i need a map
I have a B18C with the Buddy Club Valvetrain, and Spec 4 cams, P30 pistons, lightened flywheel and hondata s300.
I would like to know if anyone has a Basemap for this type of setup or similar that will help me idle properly, and get out a few of the sputtering spots at low rev range.
I need a basemap to just use for the time b4 i get to the dyno...which is booked for mid Jan....

Ok i got it to idle a bit but it is idling in Columns 3 and 4. and it is super rich ( i can smell fuel really strong).
how can i combat the richness and idle in colums 1-2 with out the car cutting out?

you could try contacting Church Automotive in So Cal, they sell good basemaps for a reasonable price. There are others as well on this board, just do a search for "basemaps" etc.

Add or subtract 5% at a time until it smooths out, getting the car to idle in the first two columns may not be possible due to the camshafts. Do you have a wideband? What do you mean by cutting out?? Check the TPS voltage with the car running, make sure it is at .5 volts at idle, if it is less than that, the ecu will think the throttle is closed, when it's not. You can check it in the TPS tab in S-Manager, start the car and hit read next to the minimum box. If its a negative value move the TPS until it reads 0 or slightly positive. Better positive than negative.

Cutting out=dies/ bogged down til it dies
I dont have a wideband anymore, have to order another one next week. however a friend told me that he will help me tune it on friday
i was adjusting the maps today with his help and he told me my INJ reading is too high at idle... it was reading around 8.76 he told me take out some fuel ...I did and the car idles nicer now, every minute or so it jumps up to 1500rpm and come back down to 850-1000. the INJ now reads around 3 and works better.
driving is still pretty rough though
