Default 91 accord timing belt tension question

How much tension should a timing belt have? I finally got a procedure thanks to Honda master, but it feels loose to me. When I push the timing belt with one finger it moves about an inch. Is this normal? I though the timing belt should be really tight with no slack. I have followed procedures double checked everything and everything is lined up. I have been messing with this timing belt for weeks and this is my first time actually doing one. Thanks for any help

if your looking at the timing belt on the driver side of the car the left side of the timing belt should have roughly an inch of slack... the other side should be tight... If you need more info then that pm me and i will try to get a pic for you... hope that helps
