RETRACTING SEAT BELTS NOT WORKING

I HAVE A 1990 HONDA ACCORD AND MY ELECTRIC SEAT BELTS AREN'T WORKING. THEY ARE STUCK ON THE OPEN POSITION. IS THERE A WAY COULD MOVE THE SEAT BELT MANUALLY SO I COULD USE THE UPPER HALF OF MY SEAT BELT. THANKS.

does anyone know how to manually move the electric seat belts???? on a 1990 coupe

The seat belts are covered by warranty thru Honda "for the useful life of the car"
If they are in the foward position they are unsafe, and you need to go to the dealer.
If they try to charge you any money call up American Honda at the customer care 1-800 number.
