need help changing 92-95 civic door handles.

does anyone know how to take off the plastic round clip behind the handle where the rod and metal hinge meet at? in the picture below i am talking about part 10. i'll try to get some pictures up.

Turn and pull. Than sand everything down with 600, primer it, base than clear.
