Civic will not start
tried a few things did not change anything turned it ove some. when I turned the ignition off and then back on it started to click from under the dash and the CEL is dimly on and almost blinkign really quick
Reset the ECU and turn it on again and see if it sets the CEL again.
If not, it was just a one-time thing.
If it comes back on, disconnect the 2p connector from the distributor. Turn the ignition on and check for battery voltage at the connector.
If there's no voltage, check the ignition coil.
If there's voltage, post back and I'll walk you through the rest.
Btw, pray there's no voltage..
EDIT: And use jumper cables or a jumper pack, sounds like your battery's getting low on juice.

Well I reset it came back on and I tested voltage at the plug I had it there. I have not checked the coil yet but I will tomorrow. I put a good 11 hour day so I went home.

There is no volt's comming from the dizzy but it is an inturnal coil so that should be right and there are 12 comming to the dizzy that sounds right to me. How would you check the inturnal coil if you can even check it.
