Where's my horn relay or fuse (1990 Honda Accord Lx)
Where is my horn relay or fuse on my 1990 Honda Accord. I tried looking under the steering wheel, but the fuse box doesn't have the cover to show what fuse is what. I don't have the repair manual either. Can anyone help. I just picked up this car and I'm trying to fix it up. only thing now wrong is that the horn won't work.
