Default FS: 1992 Honda Civic Hatchback JDM ITR swap, eg6, hatch, mint condition, type R swap, smsp header, e

SOLD!!!SOLD!!!SOLD!!!SOLD!!!

Up for sale is a 1992 Civic Hatchback VX with 98 spec JDM ITR swap, 210 HP, N3E LSD transmission (4.7 final Drive). It has a lot of up grade from stock look to the look right now. The car was painted 3 years ago by Professional Collision with Kaiser NSX silver, looks great. Before it was painted, it was completely stripped down, the whole dash came out, not even 1 single nut that left in the car, had it completely paint from the outside to the inside. Then everything in the car was installed with brand new part, like the all the panels in the car, brand new JDM 6 speakers installed, have every single panel, yes, I mean from the head liner to the floor mate converted to JDM EG6 parts, read the list below and you will find out how much money has been putting in the car. About the exterior, pretty much everything converted to JDM EG6 too, the fender with side markers, fog lights, quarter glass, the hatch, spoiler with 3rd brake light, JDM Stanley headlight (plastic), again, read the list and see the pictures. Suspension: they are Koni yellow strut in the rear and tokiko blue in the front, Espiller springs all the way around, they are one of the great product that I have ever had, not bad at all for handling. These struts are adjustable. For a better handling, I have up grade the rear lower control arm to Integra TYPE R lower control arm, add a struts bar in front, the car handle like a dream now. For folks that know about Tokiko and Koni, you know how quality their product is, I don't have to explain. The Espiller springs, are shipped directly from Japan, they are normally used by professional racing group in Japan, it is not really famous over here in United States but they are costly over there. Bottom line is, they are really good quality springs. The brake rotors are all replace with Brembo cross grill rotor and the brake pads too, they stop like a top. JDM ITR MOTOR, 98 spec, this monster in a little hatchback is always my dream many years ago, finally saved up the money and dropped one of those in. It pulls really hard, and really strong every time when VTEC engaged, transmission shifts like butter, no grinding at all, and it is 4.7 final drive with lsd, the gear ratio is really short (that's one of the reason made me crazy about this transmission). About the engine, it runs like a champ, no leaking, burning oil, no funny noise, no funny idle, in excellent running condition, you can drive the car anywhere cross the country with no problems at all. When I had the motor swap in the car, all the necessary part are replaced to Brand New, Honda ITR water pump, timing belt, TODA flywheel (7.5lbs), clutch master stage 1 clutch (very nice to drive, not hard at all), SMS-product header ($1200 header), AEM 3 inches cold air intake with new K&N filter (bought it used), brand new engine mounts (front, side, rear), CV axles, NEW NGK-R spark plugs, NEW NGK spark plug wires, fuel pressure gauge, fuel pump, fuel filter......whatever that I can see, I replace them all. The red valve cover will include with the sale. The motor has only seen Royal Purple full synthetic 5w-30 motor oil, nothing else been using, only mobile one oil filter too. I have the receipt to prove about the GAS showing that I am not lying of what I said, only 93 SHELL octane gas has been used, a lot of people are not really doing that but I do, I have all the receipt to prove you guys about the gas that I filled up, ONLY 93 SHELL octane gas has been using in this motor. About the alarm, it is wiper alarm, very sensitive alarm; no one can drive this car without your permission because it will only recognize your key. The car has never been in a wreck, body is pretty straight, and paint is like new.

Here is the list of the modification:

Engine : JDM 98 Spec ITR (112,000 KM) with N3E LSD 4.7 final drive transmission.
Mods: Basic bolt on, SMS-product header, APEXI middle pipe with EVO style muffler (sounds sweet when VTEC kicks), AEM hybrid cold air intake 3 inches, Toda 7.5lbs flywheel, clutch master stage 1 clutch, fuel pressure gauge, SKUNK2 cam gears, tuned on Crome Pro P28 ecu, still have ITR ecu that will go with the sale, dual core radiator.

I am sure that I have left something that I forget to mention; I will keep it upgrade for folks that interested in this little monster. One thing that I will have to say sorry to every one, the rims on the car right now WILL NOT come with the car, but i have a set of 2000 civic SI rims wrap with Falken Azenies rubber, mint mint condition that will be included. Call me if you have any question at 251-454-1938, email at sloan_khor@hotmail.com. Asking price is $7950 OBO, will take reasonable offer but NOT low baller, kids and joy ride stay away……. Thanks for looking and some pictures here for the car.
