Default high compression pistons in a d motor?

i am wondering if i can run high compression pistons in a d16z6 with the stock valvetrain, am i going to have any valve clearence issues? i am building a d motor just to get in in my car and moving down the road until i have to money for a turbo b swap.

Aftermarket as long as you get them for a Y7/Y8/Z6 you won't have any valve-piston problems. OEM will be fine depending on what pistons you use and how much you remove from the head and block.

i have heard that putting pm7's aka zc pistons in your car would bump up the compression pretty nice.
