Default Virgin PR3 ecu not starting my b16??

I just bought a JDM PR3 offline, guy said he got it from Hmotors and never used it. The problem is when I plug it in, I don't hear the fuel pump turning on so it's not sending out fuel. And also the CEL is supposed to turn off, when I put the key in start mode....and it stays on? Any suggestions?

BTW: 92 Civic with b16a swap that runs fine with my p30.

I'm running a JDM p30. Wanted to try out the JDM pr3 cuz I had one in my crx, and it felt nice.

Will open it when in home. What will I be looking for?

jdm small box throws that traction control b/s.

look for any type of blowen parts are see if any of the chip legs have broken lose from the board.cause if its never been chipped and its throwing a soild cel it must have gotten wet or somehow fried itself.has the ecu with the soild cel been used before?or is this something that just poped up out of the blue?

sounds like the ecu shorted out. You should be looking for anything out of the ordinary. like my p28 blew a transistor and you could see the burn in the board.
