Default Spherical Bearings, Roll Center Adjuster..suspension Help!

I'm getting into Regional racing over in Canada for the first season and I need some help with the suspension setup! I'm running a 2000 Civic 2 dr Coupe (b18c5) with Teg GSR brakes all around (can't go biggger), Manual rack, Koni 8041 Race shocks, Ground Control 6" with 2 1/2" ID 750lbs front and 1000lbs rear Eibach springs, Skunk2 rear control arms, SK2 front a rear camber kits, ASR rear brace and Teg type R rear sway bar!

Spherical bearings, are they a big thing and where can I get them?

Roll center adjusters, how import are they?

Thanks for any help!!!

PM'd you.
We'll be joining you guys for a few races in the Canadian Touring Car Series in 2008. We'll be running two K-20 Integra's. We hope to get some races in on the East Coast as well.
I Just sold one of our Type R Integra's to Anthony Rapone, Do you know him?
Give me a call, We have all the best race proven stuff you need. Lots of new stuff coming up too. We have lots of great customers in Canada.
Good Luck with your project.

look under Chassis on the menu on the left.

As for the roll center adjusters, if your class rules allow for it...yes, they are worth running.
