It has nothing to do with KC, so "racers" have nothing to worry about there...

Wow. I bet the California police get a real thrill out of "forcing" them to watch their cars get crushed....like they think it'll make their dicks bigger or something. How exactly do you force someone to watch their car get crushed? I would've just walked right out of there. It's not against the law to NOT watch your car get crushed. Kick 'em when they're already down FTL.

Don't get me wrong....I have nothing against police. I just think forcing someone to watch their car get crushed is going a little too far and downright stupid. It's basically the equivalent of Mike Tyson beating the **** out of you and then kicking you in your nuts after you're down.

Sad thing is...the racers will just dish out another couple grand on another hatch and be right back at it again in a few months.

And I like the comments in the article to hoping that they were all "ricers" and no muscle cars were harmed. Guess the moron doesn't realize that domestics race to.

If the Judge has sentanced you to "watch the car being destroyed" then yes, it does become against the law to leave. http://www.cleo.on.ca/english/...r.pdf

That's a ridiculous court order to issue. If the guy knows his car is going to be destroyed then there's no reason to force him/her to watch it happen. They've already got enough punishment coming their way anyway with fines, court costs, losing the car, losing their license possibly, jail time etc.

Just so were clear on the Police getting a kick out of this etc......all these laws that me and others are doing are just the job. We are empowered to enforce all laws and regulations that were made by "the people" council men/women, courts, blah blah blah. We just carryout what we are told to do. Once again we do not make the laws etc.

This isnt towards you in general RICO_ just many people have the mind sense that police make up these laws or something. If people do not like all the laws get out to your city meetings, voice your opinions (lawfully) maybe some people will listen. Just dont sit and complain if your not doing anything to change it.

crushing the car is also a ridiculous court order to issue, but they did. It's like breaking a jaywalker's legs for crossing outside the crosswalk. It gets the point across, but is it really necessary? I'm not arguing with you about how retarded it is, I'm just saying.
