my 02 dc5 power locks doesnt work. when i turn those switches all u can hear is some type of clicking noise but the locks wont go up or down. it only work with a key. could something be disconnected or any1 have any clue on what i should do

 

Most likely you have a bad door lock actuator(s).

 

I had the same problem when my driver side window motor went out I just got the door actuator fixed as well.
