why cant i participate in some of the sub-forums here?

why cant i participate in some of the sub-forums here?

I've been a member for a short while. I've noticed that when i try to post on some of the sections here on hondatech.com i get a message saying that i do not have permission to participate in that forum.

like which ones?

you can post in tech forums, what other ones are you looking to post in?

you are a trial user because you've only been a member for 6 days. the timeline is either 7 or 10, i forget.
