See this post by a "retard" (that's what a chimpanzee, H22crxpwr calls the author of the post linked below)

ITR springs basically give you 0.035" more lift. That's about it. Pressure is about the same as stock B16.

Oh yeah, I forgot. The stuff I do you technically describe as "junk" "weak ***" "whack". I must have forgot about that when I was doing the spring test.

no your words of "Phucking",, "*** whoopin", and your other technical talk of telling people to "check you pie hole". that really is some technical jargon isn't it..... i think i saw those words in the FSM.... or actually maybe i did because i suppose now you are going to come back and say you wrote it or something since you are the authority over everyone else on hondas..

Is this test BS?

Used this "Junk", "Lame" "Whack" equipment to do the spring test.

Thank you for being fair.

The arguments I see about my posting style amounts to saying "it's not a fair fight, Mike[Tyson] hits too hard" LOL.

I'll respectfully stop.

Thank you again for putting up with as much as you have.

h22crxpwr is a Rocket Motorsports supporter, he's just not ready to admitt it yet.

Thanks for all the time and effort you put into testing all the different valvetrain and helping the board out Mr. Rocket!

So what your saying is, if the cam has 12.8mm lift I would have to run a Valve spring that binds at a minimun of 13.8 w/ lash set at 0.007? Is this correct?

I have seen some company's advertise there springs rated at 13.3mm be safe to run with a cam that has 12.8mm of lift. that would only leave you w/ 1.0. Would this be safe?

That would depend on your actual install specs and actual lift the valve sees.
