My question is where did he get the RWD setup?

It's an S2000 drivetrain, that's why it's RWD.

That thing must be fun. I've often daydreamed about building a Lotus 7 with an S2000 powerplant.

there's a company that makes RWD trannies for B-series motor for swaps like that. not cheap, but would make a terrific fun car. b18c in a bug eyed sprite

That sounds nice. I've always wanted a Sprite.

Imagine an E-Type with a TVR Speed-Six powerplant. Mmmmmm. Or an M3-Powered Big Healey....

Now just what company would that be? A turbo GSR motor would be a lot cheaper than an S2000 motor and tranny... I wouldn't get a Type R motor cause I couldn't stand the dirty looks from all you guys..( You know... the hybrid stare down.. LOL )

Just have to change the oil pickup point and you should be good to go... Could use a crank trigger ign and a whopping set of Webers and no more electronics to fiddle with either...

Oh and I've owned two Austin Healey Sprites... Great fun but pretty crude by today's standards.. And not that light either.. Cute as hell though... I know where there is a Spridget ( If anyone else knows what that is...) just sitting in a garage..
