If you'll be using this on the street as well, you can't use a road racing setup!
So, with that, you need to decide what's more important. Comfort or lap times.
The more comfortable you make the car, the more the lap times suffer.
I've been through the whole "I need my street car to be fast" and it gets old REALLY fast!
I'd personally want something that was fun to drive at the track, but didn't beat me up all the time!
If that's your answer too, look for something around the 300-400lb spring rate and a set of Koni yellows. Hard combo to beat for the money and it wont beat you up!
I'm sure you'll get people here saying "go 450F, 550R", it's perfect for me and is not harsh at all.
Well, it's all perspective. I got over driving in a stiff car everywhere long ago and those rates will always be pretty harsh on a light street car!

I can barely stand my 450/600 in an EG..... but it's great for the track.
I don't daily drive the car anymore....
and my girlfriend REFUSES to ride in the car.....it makes her boobies hurt (and my man-***** too
I also occasionally hit my head on the ceiling in my car.

375/500. On smooth roads, its great. Like CrazyDave, I sometimes crash into headliner over bumps. Going to go 500/600 or 650 with racevalved Konis now the B16 is in it. I must be a crazy 40+year old person. I rather drive the CRX over my Accord; my son likes it better too
My street CRX runs with 400 front/325 rear on normal off the shelf KONI Sports and a larger Neuspeed rear say bar. This makes from me an aggressive but extremely livable car for the street. On the CRX, much of the ride quality issues on the street come from the rear because they rear wheels are less than 2 feet from your butt. When I take it on track, I simply up the rear springs to 600 and it handles and rotates like proper IT CRX. If you do many track events but still have primarily street duty, you can get two extra shocks , springs, perches, and upper mounts already set up as units. That ay you drive to the track and then swap out the rear shocks and springs as a unit when you change over from street to track tires. With a little practice, it may add only 30 minutes to your event prep but you get the best of both worlds.

I'll be running Koni Yellow's & GC 450F/550Rs this year. The car sees a little of both daily and HPDE use. I got used to stiff suspensions a long time ago so I'm not worried about it being too rough.
My first question would be.....are you planning on roadracing, HPDE, time trial driving? If you plan to compete, first decide what class you're going into. Any modification is going to potentially bump you a class.
Back in the olden days, I ran a 91 CRX-si in showroom stock. Stock springs and tokiko illumina shocks. The 5 way adjustability worked well and I stayed legal in my class.
My present car is fully prepared and track only. I would never want to drive it anywhere off track.

As others have said;
1. Do you want it for track and street or just a track toy?
2. Learn the rules of your class b4 doing anything.
That said I have a track toy CRX w/ a billion mods. Suspension stuff;
-Poly bushings
-Progress adjustable rear sway bar
-Skunk2 front strut brace
-Skunk2 rear tie bar
-Rear strut tower brace (welded piece from my roll bar)
-Rear battery mount (not really suspension , but affects handling)
-Progress camber correction kit
-GC coilovers (Koni yellow shocks)
-SPC rear lower control arms
-SPC rear adjustable toe links
-SPC rear adjustable upper control arms
-SPC front adjustable camber ball joint
-Mugen hard rubber rear LCA bushings
-Full Race Traction Bar (seems to improve stability under braking)
Harsh as hell and downright painful to drive on the streets, but she turns quite nicely.
