Ordered them already, Just want to make sure from people who own this setup. Does the koni yellow sport Shock Body (1152 and 1213) fit inside the gc upper mount?

Aka is the koni outside diameter smaller then the gc top mount inner diameter. Im pretty confident they are, they were made for konis. But im a bit of a perfectionist.... and i gotta know because I wont be getting them until after christmas!

For obvious reasons.

Should be fine, but contact GC and ask them. They're only a phone call away.

 

ummm I don't think you would ever compress the damper so much that the shock body would go up inside the GC upper mount. I think your upper control arms would smack the shock towers LONG before that happens.

Really you only need to be concerned about the bump stop fitting inside the GC upper mount, and indeed they do.

 

You'll be fine.
