I would start at 12-13psi and drop from there accordingly until you get the right balance of 60ft time to trap speed.

Most people find it beneficial to slowly "feather" it on the line with drag radials instead of just dumping it .

i can say i launch at 6k with BFG DR's no wheel hop nuthin but then again i got innovative traction bars. but your car is different. With nittos id say start at 4k rpm with 18lbs, and not dumping the clutch cause you dont know how your car will react with DR's just my thought what id do.

1.90 60ft at 32lbs on 555nt, they are not slicks so it is bad to deflate them cause they have a stiffer side wall than drag slick, once you deflait them than you are grabbing on the out side of the tires not the whole patch that it is design to do.

haha.

I knew I broke something but I didn't know it was the mount brackets. I still kept on racing not knowing what it was. Just found out sunday the mount bracket broke. To bad the white boy was hating lol. I posted the motor for sale so I don't think you will get to race me again.

Goodluck on the h2b project! If the b series tranny can hold all the torque it should be a blast!

My experience on DR is I usually set them between 8 to 14psi depending on track conditions and set my 2-step between 5500 to 6500 rpms. I am usually in the 1.8 to 1.9 60' foot range depending on car and track.

This is with out traction bars but with a Kswap.
