I think there may be a few actually, when my buddy and i was wiring up his vafc 2, then manual had i diagram of hooking its power wire up, one on the ecu ( i forgot its technical name, but it was a type of power wire and there are a few, just like the grounds). Hope that helps.

I have that diagram also its great, the #25 igp2 power source is deff. one to look at, not sure if you can cut the power ground and accomplish what you want. Im going try to look for a online vafc manual and see what is says again.

http://www.apexi-usa.com/support_installation.asp , and go to vafc 2 installation manual, the pdf might work on your comp. but it clearly label the powers and the grounds.

You're better off doing this with the fuel pump relay or fuel pump power. Do not do this to the ecu wires, its bad pratice, the ecu should never constantly lose power and for all the idiots that take thier ecu with them your expletiveing retarded too.
