I don't know that I've ever seen a byproduct of what this claims to fix. And it's odd that if you peruse the rest of the site, they don't really make **** else for imports. Anyone?

a) never heard of the product
b) never heard of needing the product
c) how do they know it will fit? I thought that cam caps and heads must match because they are align bored from the factory...wouldn't this need an alignment to be sure the cams won't seize?

If you run a large cam with a bunch of lift, the cam will deflect. If your cam deflects 10 thou, that is 10 thou of lift that you lose. I would be interested to see how this stiffens things up.

It looks like an elaborate piece and well worth the price. I think it would be worth a try.

i think this just replaces the rails on top of the cams so no line bore should be needed.

Agreed. I'm thinking about carving up a valve cover so i can run the engine with a dial indicator installed at the cams and caps without slinging oil everywhere.

that would be a good idea to see if they actually have any movment....for some reason even with big lift cams and high rpm i dont think the cam/caps will move....

dont forget to install mini windsheild wipers for all that chaotic oil slinging fury.

wanna know what this does? makes you have to loosen both cams up instead of one.

Brad put a window in a oil pan and use a high speed camera to look at flex on a B series bottom end. Could do the same for the head.

Looks retarded... sounds like they came up with some positive use for it over your stock rails... but doubt it will work...

But i would't put that thing on my head...

why the response , it's true that no one will try anything new unless everyone else does it, or damn thats so bling. i would be interested in more info as i will be running the same cam setup jared is currently running. not saying it will fix anything but y not test it to prove wrong.

hey jared if you are serious about testing it, and have equipment to do so i would be willing to put $50 towards the purchase and testing time of the part to you. it's not much but if enough people are willing to give some $ for r & d it can add up.

I can tell you I've put more time into "seeing what works" that you will ever work on cars in your life, and most likely I've forgotten more about them than you will ever know. I'm merely asking if anyone has tried this item, no need to get all butt hurt. You and those like you are the problem with this industry. Read into that what you may, but oddly enough, this didn't turn into a flame-o-rama in the drag racing forum where mostly adults peruse.

Keep in contact with me, I'm looking for a valve cover to destroy.

Did you not hear? It stiffens the towers up to prevent cam deflection.

I can vouch for this. Jared tested out the first Rocket Motorsports M21X cams ever made. I believe he also installed the first RM cams used in a street car in Tennessee on his brothers car.

Not needed.

The head, stock cam caps that straddle both cams do need help here. Maybe to win at the local Hot Import Nights when you flip your valve cover.
