ok 95 civic coupe with obd2 integra ls swap.. car sat for 2 weeks.. try starting today and it didnt start. check the engine again and it seems like the previous owner put water in the radiator instead of antifreeze. lucky me the weather wasnt that cold today and the ice in the radiator hoses melted. and i flushed out the water that was in there and not motor doesnt start. i'll turn the key and i hear a loud clicking noise..and the cams turn really slow...and the car doesnt turn over.. what could be the problem?

you know if its the battery which that what it soudns like.

 

You said all that was in the motor was water and it froze? Oh boy... you might have a bigger issue on your hands that just a dead battery...

 

i would check the spark plugs and the distributor.
