Rad. I love those spun magnaflow cats, they are great for making power where the car/customer absolutely has to run a cat.

The H25 is the same more as the H27 just 84mm bore vs 88mm in the H27 which is the motor they use in the Suzuki Pikes which makes 1000 hp.

looks hot, but what a shame to have all that room for a turbo and not take advantage of it!

Looks like your transfer case has an front output shaft seal leak that is splattering the trans support and bottom of the trans and the trans has a case leak as well ... I'd keep an eye on fluid level.

Yeah i know the case has a small leak. I only loose maybe 100ml every few months. The main leak is the front drive shaft out put seal it pisses all over thanks I got the seal here for it along with new Greaseable U joints.

I would love to turbo it. I got a M62 super charger im going to try and if that fairs out maybe some twin GT28RS

Looks good but thats a really long tube header for a relatively low revving V6. Gotta report on how it feels after you're all done.

Also, are you fabbing up a dual exhaust or just using a Y pipe to a single back?

Looks like the choke on those collectors are a bit too big for your motor. Did you do any research before you got the parts?

Fabrication looks good, btw.

What do you mean by the choke on the collectors?

The primaries are all 32-34" All within 1-1.5" of each other

The collectors are from DANIELM3 Very nice work on them ill post more pics of them soon.

Im going to by Ying them together after the tranny to a 2.5" manderal exhaust for now. When I super charge the truck i will probly go to a single 3"

Your refering to the collector size outlet? Its 2.5".

This motor makes its peak power at 6,700 it revs up to 7500.

Its a V6 2.5L quad cam 24 valve.

I did a 2.5" Downpipes on the stock manifolds to see what kind of power i could pick up and wow what a difference jsut a Downpipe did. The truck woke up alot. another note. When i was towing my 2 sleds up and down the hills i notice a bit more grunt. They weight around 2500 with trailer and all.

This is pretty neat, what year is your vitara and what sort of power gains are you expecting? Can you post some overall shots?

Just on a side note they are 36-38" long primaries. This motor revs out to 7500 rpm and is a 2.5 Litre

I remember the 1st time I welded a header, **** took me about 7 days of about 5 hours a day of work to get my 1st set of the N/A is300 header done that I make now.

Now, almost 2 years later, I make one set in 5 hours including the bending .

I know what you mean you look at it and your like this will take a bit, few hours later your still cracking at it.

Just was hard to get use to the tight angles. I am going to look for a smaller torch head for the tig later on for the tight angles and also make a tool to hold up the pipe while i weld it.
