fuel pump help!!!

i have a 92 hatch were can i find the fuel pump relay?
and is it ok to replace a fuel pump with a full tank?

Full or empty...it doesn't matter. Maybe release pressure by un-doing the gas cap first. But by fuel relay, do you mean the main relay under the dash? Those are maybe available on here and of course...Ebay!
