I have a 92 Accord wagon and the d4 light has been blinking for quite a while. At first I had problems starting the engine... sometimes it would start, other times it refused to crank over so I would wait about half an hour and it would start. Now, the d4 light blinks and I occasionally have that starting problem as well.

I changed out the main relay and pulled the clock/radio fuse under the hood for about 10 sec. and the d4 light still blinks. I found and jumped the connector and pulled some codes from it... 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 14. I was wondering... if there are that many codes, could changing the TCM solve this problem? If I still have to change out the solenoids and switches, are those easy repairs? What would the parts cost (ballpark figure). Once I can get the d4 light to stop blinking I will get the tranny flushed. Any help and guidance anyone can give me will be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
