ek sir clock.
Wire them to your dash harnesses. Match the wire colors on the plug and splice them to the same colors in your dash harness (ie radio harness, climate control harness).

FIY, the clock didn't just come on the SiR.
For example, mine is from an EK3.
I wired mine to my radio harness so that I wouldn't cut into my dash harness.

You're going to have to be more descriptive.
Did the lights work before the installation of the clock?
Did the lights work before the installation of another part, such as a radio?
Did the lights stop working after the installation of a particular part?
Did the lights ever work?

You might have popped a fuse while exposing the wire(s) if you didn't remove the negative terminal of the battery. Check your instrument fuse and your backup fuse (engine bay).

USDM '96-'00 Civic don't come with the clock he's talking about. Our cars come with a clock on the radio.
