Default What is the difference between RBC manifold and PRC jdm k20(type r) manifold

So what are the added benefits of the new RBC manifold compared to a 04-05' PRC jdm k20 type r manifold? Is it still beneficial or is the type r different but equal, better, or worse. I know the compression is diff between the 07' SI's engine and the type r but how much of the 23hp difference(197 vs 220) is the due to the RBC intake manifold and is it worth it to replace a type r manifold?

the RBC flows more and gives more top end, but the SI is built differently, therefore the gains aren't the same. the PRC gives more midrange than the RBC does.
