What are your Ground control spring rates with Koni's?

let me know what your using and your opinion on them...thanks

 

400 lbs/in front, 450 rear. 22mm rear sway. Can tune in rotation nicely using the shocks. I DD the car on the not-so-great Illinois roads so I didn't go to aggressive with the spring rates.

I've had the Konis for 6 years now with this setup and haven't had a problem.

 

im using 380 front, 300 rear. i wish i had gone stiffer on the springs and will probobly get another set at 400/400

Loosen the allen-head pinch bolt on the spring perch, then thread the perch up or down on the threaded sleeve to set the desired ride height. Tighten the pinch bolt and you're done.
