I need a diagram detailing all the weld points for the rocker panel, rear wheel well, and rear quarter panel. Any help is appreciated.

personally i would weld it as i see fit. i doubt you can get that kinda info but as a welder its a case by case basis he will weld it as he/she feels that its solid

 

i think he is looking to cut it out at the spot welds

Exactly. I damaged my rocker panel and because of its position i need to remove the quarter panel also to remove it.

 

you can see them if look close enough lol, just use a die grinder, or if you have a spot weld driller bit

Pick up an S2000 body repair manual. It's like $20, and shows you all the points of the spotwelds as well as cross-section measurements.

 

Do you know where I can find the manual? I have the service manual but it doesn't tell you much.

 

Some help finding the manual Mr. Projekt or anyone else? I guess you're still on vacation, happy holidays.
