I was hoping that Mr NOTE would have a thought for me. being that you track your car and you have some good input from being at the track and seeing what other have done with si's. would you think about getting some headwork done?

What I said above your previous comment makes perfect sense. How do you expect your car to run correctly with headwork? The computer can only compensate for so much. Its very possible to have your car run worse and produce lower numbers than it did before the work you are asking about.

Definitely wait until there is some kind of good management out for us. Im not trying to bum you out, but you could spend that money in a better area right now seeing as the headwork/porting etc would not be the best choice without tuning.

OP. can't really do much with the extra airflow of headwork without tuning (like everyone already said)

Some companies do work with Hondata for custom reflashes. Comptech does for their supercharger. And Hytech does for their NA applications. They also make some of the finest headers money can buy. If your set on having headwork done, call them. If you just want to get a header, call them.

btw. Do you have any experience with KMS?

They're in my area and I've been to their shop / manufacturing facility. The parts are pretty good for inexpensive parts, but I'm not sure about their machine work. I don't really have any experience with that part of their business.

If your rubbing with a stock suspension you may want to think of a different tire/wheel setup.

yea that's been a problem from the get I have 8x 18 wheels and they should have been 7.5x 18. I went Thu some stuff with tread depot and it never got fixed. I just live with it, its a little rub on the inside plastic up front so its not to serious but it is a issue. im going back to stock so I might just sell them.
