Default metallic single stages ??

this operation requires dang near perfection. runs, dryness, dirt. all of which cant be sanded and buffed out because of the absence of the clear topcoat. you/ve got to be a good painter to pull it off. my question is this. after the second coat, to even out the metallics' orientation, would any of you use a dust coat? what are your thoughts on dusting it on and preventing dryness?

metallic must be hell with SS, i can't imagine shooting anything other than solid with SS.

yeah, the metallic totally depends on the gun travel and the way it was laid, not sure you can get aways with it now

you should be good with a coat and then a cross coat that should give you the layout you want !
