will a b16 jdm dizzy work on a d16z6 motor?

my dizzy in my 94 civic ex is bad i have a spare jdm b series dizzy laying around good from my other civic with a jdm swap. since i have the extra dizzy will it work in the d series ? or at least will the coil and ignition control module work if i have to change them ? please i searched but found not much that was conclusive enough

just swap the coil and ignitor module from the b series to d series, that usaully the most common thing that causes the dizzy to go bad, the ignitor and coil are interchangable
