i ordered a set of coilovers over a 10 days ago and they have failed to return emails and return calls on shipping status and # was wondering if anyone else has had this problem

 

i've ordered an exhuast and test pipe from them, it too a lil while for me to get them because i live in ohio but i got it, i have recently e-mailed them about an intake and called them and they never called back or e-mailed me back either? wtf...

 

i haven't heard anything but they are all good upstanding guys so hopefully it's nothing bad

 

I ordered a test pipe from them and they never sent it. I called them again after two weeks and said they would send it out that day but it didn't get shipped till the next few days. Bottom line is I called them three times and got three different prices.

 

I ordered an exhaust and test pipe from them on a Saturday and both shipped out on Monday and showed on Friday, no problems what so ever. That was just last week.

 

as of right now, I'd go with evasive, although they might charge a little more than others, they have established a good base. Invision is just starting out, so I would be very careful. It does take time to get those parts as well. They might be waiting on a shipment to land. Go with evasive or bulletproof, sometimes paying more gives you better peace of mind, and if anything goes wrong (i.e. damage) they will take care of it. Invision does quite have that kind of base where they can do that yet.
