ECU sub-harness...where do I get one

Default ECU sub-harness...where do I get one
Hey folks, I know I saw somewhere that someone made a subharness which went between the stock harness and the ECU itself. That way people could splice into that subharness wiring instead of chopping up the stock harness. Who makes this...anyone have a link?

It is made to step down from obd2 to obd1. Its just an added benefit that you can splice into it instead of the harness.
