I wanted to know If I bought a drag turbo kit for a civic dx could I use any of the parts for a b series turbo?

 

You could re-use the intercooler, and maybe some of the charge piping, being they are fit to spec for a civic in general. Manifold, no, different shapes between D and B manifolds. The turbo can be used again but you need to get the correct manifold depending on its size.
