Wont run, will start and run very low rpms sometimes
I had some recent work done on my accord (new head and oil pump) It has been running fine other then getting poor MPG and having no low end power. Its been about 700 miles since the work was done and I was sitting at a light and the car died. I got it to the side of the road and the car would not restart. I left it for a while and when I came back the car would start but only run very low rpm's (like 400) When I pushed the gas nothing happened. I cant figure out whats going on. I thought it could be a fuel problem but then I opened the service port on the fuel rail and let the fuel pump prime there was flow. PLEASE ANY HELP WOULD BE A GREAT HELP.

Well I replaced the fuel pump thinking that the engine was not getting enough fuel. That did not fix the problem. Please anyone who can shed some light on this please reply. I am supposed to be going back home for the holidays and need to get it running asap.
THANKS!!!!!
