So me and my buddy decided to trade hatches. My ek with a b16 for his EG hatch with a sohc. I know i need motor mounts in the eg for the b16 but do i need gsr ones? I know the drivers side i need for sure. But i have seen cars with the stock SOHC mounts and just replaced the drivers side mount running b16s and/or gsrs. My question is, do i really need all the mounts or are stock ones fine????
might sound cheap but i dont want to waist money if its not necessary

 

if you get lots of viberation inside the car then you need them.

 

IMO, i would replace all the mounts. thats just me, or you can just replace driver side and use integra rear t mount as well. on a side note. ek w/b16 for a eg stock... whats wrong with this picture?

if the b16 has the 2 bolt bracket (which it should), then you can use the same sohc driverside mount. the rear mount is the same as well, no need to change there.
the only one you would have to change is the T-bracket (i think) and the upper tranny mount.

if the mounts are worn then i would suggest you replace them all anyway.
