Default LCA to TA bolt broke, need help!

Ok one of the Bolt that connects rear LCA to the Trailing Arm broke. I sawed the old LCA out, now I have a bolt broke off into the TA. How do I remove this? There seems to be very little clearance?

when this happens very common i usually try to vice grip it out. if that fails.
grab a drmel or something. the nut on the traling arm has 3 spot welds or 4. cut the welds off and hammer the nut off.
find a new nut and bolt.
