Default Fully assemble motor before installation?

Hi guys, I'm new here and to hondas. I'm putting together a itr turbo and I am putting the freshly sleeved block back together. I'm thinking that I could install the motor with turbo and intake on the motor. Will this only work from below? I just got my helm's but it doesn't discuss. Please help a noob! Thanks alot.

Intake yes, turbo, no. Its probably possible but I wouldn't try.

Just take the exaust manifold and turbo off. Then you can do it either way. Not hard to rebolt the exaust mani and turbo
