my 97 civic with an obd1 b16a thats been converted to obd2 is having idle issues. when im stopped it will idle fine but when im driving and put it in neutral the car idles at 1200 to 1500. already cleaned the iacv. any ideas?

 

is it throwing any codes?

 

yah it was throwing the p0505 code, idle system malfunction, replaced the IACV today with a new one, seems to idle fine for now, we will see though
